Inspired by “Zorba the Greek” (1946), this stop motion project deals with the destructive side of desire and the road to salvation.

In the novel, Zorba explains how he used to be crazy for cherries. His obsession made him feel powerless, so he decided to eat cherries until he puked. Then he was no longer craving them and was finally free.
